JEM Automatics guarantees the performance of all Acme Gridley screw machines we rebuild. Optionally, turnkey setup services can be provided, where we would supply the machine fully tooled and already proven to produce your part automatically and within tolerance before it is delivered to your plant.
The Acme Gridley 4" RB6 screw machine is a 6 spindle automatic lathe bar machine or collet chucker machine. Standard multispindle bar machine specifications and capacities shown are for reference only, as a custom retrofit by JEM may improve upon or modify these specifications.
